Deputy Director Hu Ailing has persevered in first-line clinical work to guide the care of complicated chronic wound, enterostomal and incontinent patients. She also set up a wound and ostomy specialist outpatient unit in Lingnan Hospital to offer specialty nursing services to the patients and improve their living quality. She has obtained great achievements in this field. Led by Deputy Director Hu Ailing, The Third Affiliated Hospital also undertook the Guangdong wound and ostomy specialty nurse training class. At present, the two sites of The Third Affiliated Hospital are both training bases for wound and ostomy specialty nurses in Guangdong Province.
