The signing ceremony for the cooperation framework agreement between the department of Culture of Guangdong province and Sun Yet-set University took place on the afternoon of March 19 in the Swasey Hall of the South Campus SYSU. Minister Fang Jianhong, Vice-minister Li Hu, Deputy-inspector Wang Yequn, Su Guifen, President of SYSU Huang Daren, Deputy-secretary Xu Ningsheng, Chen Chunsheng and others were present at the ceremony. According to the cooperation agreement, SYSU and the Provincial Culture Department will launch enhanced collaboration in five fields including the bureau of cultural relics and museum, non-material cultural heritage protection and heritage industry, cultural and creative industries, libraries and information platform construction, and professional arts.
