The Second Thanksgiving Cooking Contest was held on East Campus of Sun Yat-sen University on December 4th, 2015. The contest was organized by the Office for International Students’ Affairs, and co-organized by the Association for International Students and the Food and Culture Association on East Campus.

Compared to the First Thanksgiving Cooking Contest, there is an increase in the number of participating teams. International students from Vietnam, Nepal, Palestine, Korea and Malaysia formed themselves into eight teams. Permeated with a warm atmosphere, the contest attracted more than 60 international students from the four campuses and some Chinese students on East Campus. They all showed a better understanding of the food culture in various countries.
